INDICATIONS AND USES:
Nomadex is a medicaon used in addion to other treatments for breast cancer. Specifically it is used for hormone receptor-posive breast cancer. It has also been used to prevent breast cancer in those at high risk.. It is taken orally

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Nomadex should not be given to paents during pregnancy, breast feeding, paents with hepac disease and pre-menopausal women.

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOCY:
Nomadex reversibly binds to the aromatase enzyme, and through compeve inhibion blocks the conversion of androgens to estrogens in peripheral (extragonadal) ssues

ADVERSE REACTIONS / SIDE EFFECTS
Bone weakness has been associated with Nomadex, Acne, constricted pupils and water retenon have also been aributed with use of this an-estrogen.

PRECAUTIONS:
It is important that your doctor check your progress at regular visit to make sure that this medicine is working properly. Blood test may be needed to check for unwanted effects

DRUG INTERACTION:
Nomadex can interact with other drugs such as tamoxifen, methadone, aripiprazole, hydrocodone etc. Your physician should be informed about the drugs you are taking or you will take, including the drugs available only for prescripon and free drugs.

DOSAGE ADMINISTRATION:
For adult, one tablet (1 mg) to be taken orally per day

PRESENTATION:
2 blister strips of 25 tablets are packed in a printed carton along with a leaflet. OR 50 Tablets in Plasc Bole

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store at room temperature 25° C, Protect from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children!
